Mistakes

I will not pay for mistakes, they happen but Mistakes aren’t free, they always will cost something and if you make a mistake you will pay for it in exchange for your time for free. I pay you good money for you to do it right the first time and there isn’t an endless supply of money to pay for everyone’s mistakes they will make along the way.

Respect the tools

You break it, you buy it.

Tools aren’t cheap and if you break one from being irresponsible or mistreating them i’ll have to take the cost of replacing it out of your next check.

No smoking on the jobsite

If you smoke take it off the site and dispose of the buds properly after putting them out into the metal coffee can provided in the trailer. Any smoke breaks taken are unpaid.
